We flexibly structure each 3Sixty Market View consulting engagement to meet your needs. We begin with a proposal that includes a needs analysis and an outline of the benefits our services can offer. We identify the resources and the key program phases, and define milestones, deliverables, and budget requirements. With your approval of the program, we develop a mutually agreed-upon performance schedule, and we are ready to begin.

Our engagements range from single projects to multi-person programs and interim staff appointments. Depending on the scale and type of project, we may offer our services fees on a time-and-materials, monthly retainer, or fixed-price basis. Typically, we require a portion of the fees in the form of a project initiation fee, with balances invoiced monthly or per approved milestones.
